Students will be encouraged to explore scenes with their scene partners, present their scenes on stage, and receive feedback from their peers and instructor. Our scenes will be from Musical Theatre Classics like Oklahoma and The Music Man, to Disney’s High School Musical and Frozen, Jr.

Class Description: Some of the greatest performances come from the connections we have with our scene partners. In this class we'll focus on intention, connection, and how to get on the same page with our scene partners. This class is recommended for youth and teens ages 12-21. No previous experience necessary. This class is a combination of deep stretching and body conditioning. This class is cardio-heavy to increase endurance for the dancer. This class includes several arm, abdominal, and leg exercises to strengthen the entire body. Conditioning for dance improves your technique and performance in all dance forms by strengthening the body’s core while developing coordination, and balance while optimizing flexibility.
